I’m not sure if I have talked enough about Halle and food. We have called her our resident foodie in other posts. If you spent time with her you would say that “resident foodie” doesn’t fully express her love of food.
When the other goats will turn their noses up at something new, Halle is more than happy to push her weight way in there and eat it up.
I am a person who enjoys noticing similarities. For example, Joshua is a total control freek like his mother (to set the record straight, I’m a recovering control addict). Nicholas is totally stubborn like Michael.
Little Sandy seems to take after her mother. Look at how she contorted her body just to get to the teet.
And then there is the EVERY DAY thing she does.
She climbs into her feeder. The other babies don’t do it.
She is her mother’s daughter.
I guess you could say, “She really gets into her food.”
Sandy, our budding foodie.
Enjoy your day(and your food),
Karen
what a great way to start my day, giggling, smiling, opening my happy heart. This has been part of my morning meditation today. Thank you, Karen. I love those goats. I love the chickens. I have never liked chickens. I think it is that I did not “humanize” them as you have done. Thank you.
Love you all
Karren
So glad you enjoy it. They each have their own personalities and are enjoyable to be around (unless you are holding food that they want!)
See you in a couple of weeks,
Karen
