Nicholas is always thinking. Thinking things up. Today he asked me if he could re-arrange the furniture in his room. He likes to do that. I told him yes with two requirements. 1) You don’t hurt yourself and 2) You don’t damage anything. He was in his room for a couple of hours.
Here is his room before he re-arranged it
Here is what my boy did, all by himself.
He said he obeyed both rules. He didn’t get hurt because he partially took his bed apart to get it up there. He didn’t damage anything because he used this packing foam that came with my new computer to protect the furniture
He can sit back and enjoy the fruits of his creative labor.
I think John Wayne would be proud. I know I am.

Oh, be still my heart, again. What a blessing to a grandmother to see the beauty of a mom whoknows her sons(and her 3rd child, Michael) and supports who they are and give them freedom, just as Jesus freed us if we allow Him to. You are a very wise mom and wife and I praise our God for you.
Good job, Nicholas!!!!! You are so creative. I know how fun it is to have bunk beds, a tent, a cave. Love Grandma, Karren and Mom
Very creative! Wonder how long before he changes it.
It was about 10pm the next night :-). He didn’t like sleeping like that.
Remarkable boy!
